Terms & Conditions

Last updated 9 October 2026. These terms apply to the website www.ranimangammaltrust.com, the Trust's mobile application when it is released, and registrations made at the office.

1. Who we are

The service is provided by RANIMANGAMMAL TRUST ("the Trust", "we", "us"), a public charitable trust constituted by a deed registered as No. 97 of 2016 (Book IV) at the office of the Joint Sub-Registrar I, Dindigul, with its office at 9/3 Kavadakara Street, Dindigul 624 001, Tamil Nadu, India.

By registering, paying a fee or using the service you agree to these terms. If you register on behalf of a son, daughter or relative, you accept them on that person's behalf and confirm you have their agreement.

2. The service

The Trust runs a marriage information service under the objects of its deed: it keeps a register of profiles of people seeking marriage, verifies them, and lets accepted members search the register and obtain the details of other families so that the families can contact each other.

  • The Trust does not arrange marriages and does not act as a broker or intermediary between families. Any conversation, meeting or decision is between the two families.
  • There is no chat or messaging between members on the platform. Contact details are released only through a profile download.
  • The Trust does not guarantee that any member will find a match within any period.

3. Eligibility

  • The register is maintained for the Naidu community and its sub-branches. Profiles declaring another community are not accepted.
  • A bride must be at least 18 years old and a groom at least 21 years old. Profiles below these ages are refused.
  • The person must be legally free to marry. Profiles of married persons are removed when the Trust learns of it.
  • Only one active profile is allowed per person.

4. Registration and verification

Registration is free. Every profile is read by the office before it is listed; the office may telephone the family and ask for documents. Verification normally takes one to three working days. The office may ask for corrections, and may decline a profile, giving the reason. The information you give must be true and complete, including any health information you choose to declare. Verification by the office is a reasonable check, not a guarantee of every statement in a profile.

5. Fees and payment

Profile downloads included in membership10 a month
Further downloads in the same month, up to ten more₹30 each

  • Fees are for the service described above. They are not donations and are not eligible for any income-tax deduction under section 80G.
  • Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. The Trust does not see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
  • Fees may be revised in future. A revision never applies to a membership already paid for.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Using profiles you download

A profile you download is for your own family's marriage search only. Every downloaded sheet carries the member number of the person who downloaded it, and every download is logged. You must not copy, publish, share, sell or pass on profiles or contact details to anyone outside your family, including marriage brokers, other matrimony services or social media.

7. Conduct

  • Use the service only to seek a marriage for yourself or a member of your family.
  • Do not act as a broker, collect profiles for others, or use the service for any commercial purpose.
  • Do not harass, threaten, mislead or demand money or dowry from any family you contact through the service.
  • Do not attempt to access profiles, accounts or systems you are not entitled to, or to defeat the download limits.
  • Keep your login and the one-time codes sent to your mobile to yourself.

8. Suspension and closure

The Trust may suspend or close an account, and remove a profile, where these terms are broken, where information is found to be false, or where a family complains of misuse. Where an account is closed for misuse no refund is due. You may close your account and ask for your data to be erased at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Families are responsible for their own enquiries before agreeing to a marriage. To the extent permitted by law the Trust is not liable for the conduct of any member, for statements made in a profile, or for any loss arising from a meeting or marriage between families who found each other through the service. The Trust's total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. The Trust may update these terms; the version in force when you pay is the one that applies to that payment, and material changes will be shown to members when they next sign in.
