Nothing is shipped. The Trust provides an online information service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
1. Membership
Membership is activated in your account immediately after a successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or SMS on your registered mobile number. The six-month period starts on the date of payment.
2. Profile downloads
A profile download is delivered instantly as a PDF in your browser or app, and stays available in your account for you to open again. Paid downloads beyond your monthly allowance are delivered the same way as soon as the payment succeeds.
3. Receipts
A receipt for every payment is available in your account under Receipts straight after payment. Payments made at the office receive a printed receipt at the counter.
4. If something is not delivered
If your membership or a download has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact the office, or visit it at 9/3 Kavadakara Street, Dindigul, with your registered mobile number and payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
